2024/25 Membership
The due date for 2024/2025 registration is 1st September 2024. We have allowed the annual subscription to be paid over 5 equal instalments. The annual subscription will be split equally over 5 monthly payments following registration. The subscription is charged at the rate set on the date the member is registered. E.g. where a waged senior member registers on the 1st September 2024 they will be charged 5 separate instalments of £13 payable in September, October, November, December and January.

GoCardless Account
Annual subs and match fee payments requires an account with GoCardless. GoCardless/ClubBuzz charge 1.6% per transaction, this transaction fee is paid by the club.
Ideally we would like all fees to be paid by Direct Debit (DD) through GoCardless. Each member will need a DD set up on their account (you can no longer have a ‘head of family’ that links payments for several members in ClubBuzz2). Under your ‘Player Profile’ you should see a red cross next to ‘Direct Debit’ under your name if it has not been set up. Click on Direct Debit and follow the instructions to set-up the GoCardless DD. The same DD bank details can be used for more than one member – e.g. each family member, but must be set up separately in each player profile.

Reduced Fees
Reduced fees are only applicable at the discretion of the Committee, please contact [email protected] regarding this.
Match Fees
** Adult member not playing regular senior hockey will pay the waged or unwaged match fee for any senior matches played. A £6 match fee is for badger’s, walking hockey or summer league games only.
Payment Date
On 15th of each month subs, match fees and manual transactions are written to each member’s statement and they will be emailed asking them to make a payment. The club has activated direct debit through GoCardless and that payment will be requested by the system around 15 days later so you can query any items on your statement before the money is actually taken.
Mileage Contribution
A 25p / Mile mileage contribution is available to each player who uses their own car to provide transport for at least two other players to away matches. A player making their own way to the venue will not qualify for this contribution.
